About Us

We want to be part of the conversation about Mexican food in Norway. After decades of Tex-Mex or Nor-Mex food, we believe Stavanger is ready for authentic Mexican food.  Mexican cuisine is so diverse and flavourful. It is based on ancestral techniques and sustainable practices which are being used nowadays. Our creations come from the west region of Mexico. We create Mexican food from a sustainable practice, combining both western geographies: Mexico and Norway.
