We create authentic Mexican cuisine based on local ingredients in order to inspire and contribute to a positive social change.
We want to be part of the conversation about Mexican food in Norway. After decades of Tex-Mex or Nor-Mex food, we believe Stavanger is ready for authentic Mexican food. Mexican cuisine is so diverse and flavourful. It is based on ancestral techniques and sustainable practices which are being used nowadays. Our creations come from the west region of Mexico. We create Mexican food from a sustainable practice, combining both western geographies: Mexico and Norway.
A story of two western regions proves how immigration can shape and transform food production.
A story of flavour: our salsas bring the flavour of Mexico
Ingredientes locally growth
We work with innovative and sustainable practices, while combining similar elements to grow, produce, and cook.
A piece of Michoacán in Rogaland
Our menu is based on regional cuisine. Our food is created based on similar elements between both regions. We grow most of our own ingredients from our greenhouse in Finnøy: creating an authentic cuisine in a new environment.
Are a traditional Mexican dish based on a small hand-sized corn or wheat tortilla topped with a filling and garnished with onion, cilantro and salsa on top.
Antojitos / Appetizers
Antojitos are street food-style appetizers. There are tons of regional specialties, so we are creating some of the most popular from our region.
Aguas Frescas / Beverages
Aguas frescas are non/alcoholic fresh drinks based on fruit, cereals, flowers or seeds. They are part of traditional mexican food. We fusion traditional Michoacán style aguas frescas with local Norwegian elements.
